Aloo Telecom honors the winners of its campaign

• More than 50 stories were submitted
• The winners will be announced on November 30
• Stories extol the grit and determination of people from Alagoas

Maceió, November 21, 2016 – One of the largest telecommunications groups in the Northeast of Brazil, on November 30 Aloo Telecom announces the winners of its campaign to find inspirational stories about local people. In order to extol the grit and determination of the people in the state, the campaign selected three stories of achievement that it will use to strengthen the image of our people. The awards ceremony takes at 8 am at the Best Western Premier in Maceió, attended by executives from Aloo Telecom and partnering companies and local officials, journalists and people who sent in their stories.

“Just like Aloo Telecom, a genuinely local company that has overcome numerous challenges throughout its history, the three stories that we honored today are equally inspiring and deserve to be shared. The campaign exceeded our expectations, with 52 submissions showing the grit of our people,” said CEO, Felipe Cansanção.

The jury, composed of actor Paul Poeta, Federal University of Alagoas tutor Leandro Sales, and journalist Luis Vilar, had the difficult task of choosing the three most inspiring stories.
